1. Overview
Poke-Pandemonium ("we," "us," or "our") operates a community focused on Pokémon Trading Card Game deals and restock information. Poke-Pandemonium Watermarker ("the Bot") is a proprietary Discord bot developed and maintained by us to facilitate community features. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how it is used, and the rights of users.

2. Scope of Services
The Bot provides functionality across the PKMNTCGDeals Free Discord server and the Poke-Pandemonium Premium Discord server. Features may include, but are not limited to: reposting user-submitted community content, processing user-submitted images, server moderation support, and interactive entertainment features including games. Certain entertainment features utilize virtual currency. Such virtual currency is provided free of charge, holds no monetary value, is not redeemable for real currency or items of value, and may only be used within the Bot.

3. Information Collected
We collect and store only the minimum information necessary to operate the Bot and community features. This may include:
a. Discord User IDs for feature operation, attribution, game data, user collections, and moderation;
b. Game-related data including virtual currency balances, collection progress, virtual items, and associated usage metrics;
c. Message references, image URLs, and images voluntarily submitted by users in designated community channels;
d. Moderation logs and records necessary for enforcement of server rules and prevention of abuse.
Where technically feasible, Exchangeable Image File Format (EXIF) metadata is removed from user-submitted images prior to storage or redistribution.

4. Use of Information
Collected information is used solely for the following purposes: operating Bot features; maintaining user game and collection data; processing and forwarding approved community submissions; displaying user success posts; enforcing community rules; preventing fraud, spam, and abuse; and responding to user removal requests.

5. Data Restrictions
We affirm that we do not: (a) sell user data to third parties; (b) use user data to create advertising profiles or for targeted advertising; or (c) use user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

6. Off-Platform Storage and Third-Party Service Providers
To provide functionality, certain data may be stored on infrastructure outside of Discord. This may include servers and services provided by Cloudflare, database hosting providers, and website hosting providers. We may also utilize Discord and Whop for community operations, access management, and payment processing where applicable. All third-party services are engaged solely to provide necessary infrastructure, hosting, content delivery, and community functionality. Such providers are bound by their own privacy policies and terms of service.

7. Data Retention and User Rights
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide community features, enforce moderation, prevent abuse, or maintain site functionality. Users may request deletion of their submitted images or associated Bot data by contacting a Poke-Pandemonium administrator or moderator via Discord. Requests must include sufficient information to identify the relevant content, including Discord username, channel, message link, image URL, and/or approximate date of submission.

8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to Bot data, hosting systems, and administrative tools is restricted to authorized maintainers only.

9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes to the Bot, Poke-Pandemonium, or applicable law. Any modifications will be effective upon posting with an updated "Last Updated" date.
